Sehr oft stelle ich fest, dass Menschen in ihrem Alltagstrott festgefahren sind. Ebenso oft habe ich das Gefühl, dass sie die wohligen Seiten des Lebens nicht mehr sehen. Es muss nicht jeden Tag eine Party sein, aber es gibt fast jeden Tag viele kleine Gründe zum Feiern.
Rock’n’Roll tonight beschreibt nicht die großen Ereignisse, die einer Feier würdig sind, wie zum Beispiel Geburtstag oder Hochzeit, sondern die vermeintlich kleinen erledigten alltäglichen Aufgaben. Es geht darum, sich selbst zu belohnen, die kleinen Erfolge im Alltag zu genießen und bewusst wahrzunehmen. Wenn du mal etwas nicht ganz geschafft hast, dann sei ausnahmsweise weniger streng zu dir, was nicht bedeutet, ständig undiszipliniert zu sein. Die goldene Mitte zu finden ist dabei das Maß.
Mit Rock’n’Roll verbinden die meisten Menschen eine Musikrichtung. Für mich ist es eine Lebenseinstellung und ein Wert für das Leben. Rock’n’Roll lässt deine Schmerzen und Sorgen eine Zeitlang vergessen. Es wird dir enorm helfen, wenn du hin und wieder einfach mal Fünfe gerade oder Gott einen guten Mann sein lässt, und so richtig auf den Putz haust.
